• • Unlimited access to the recordings of scientific program
• • Available from Monday 1 December 2025

“Member” rates only apply to members of the following societies:

• • ANZCP: Australian and New Zealand College of Perfusionists
• • ANZSCTS: Australian and New Zealand Society of Cardiac & Thoracic Surgeons
• • CTVP SIG: ACE – Cardiac Thoracic Vascular Perfusion Special Interest Group

If you are not a member of the abovementioned three societies, the ‘Non-Member’ registration category and fee apply to you.

Thursday 20 November

Please note: The 3SCT 2025 symposium welcome reception is not included in the cost of a day registration. Tickets are priced at $A95 and should be purchased at the time of registration.

Friday 21 November

Please note: The ANZCP cocktail function is complimentary for registrants who are ANZCP members with full Symposium registration. Additional tickets for guests or ticket for day registrants are priced at $A95 and can be purchased at the time of registration.

Saturday 22 November

Please note: The Gala Dinner is an optional function and not included in the cost of registration. Tickets are priced at $A200 and should be purchased at the time of registration.

• • Each registrant should complete a separate registration form. A photocopy of the registration form is NOT acceptable.
• • Registration forms received without payment will not be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
• • A registration confirmation will be sent by email upon receipt of your registration details and full payment. Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the Symposium registration secretariat.
• • If you wish to cancel participation in any workshop or optional activity associated with the Symposium, you must notify the Symposium registration secretariat in writing at least 30 days before the Symposium is scheduled to take place. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the Symposium will not be eligible for a refund. However, if the spot you cancel is filled by another participant, we will provide a refund and notify you in writing.
• • All cancellations must be made in writing to the Symposium registration secretariat.
• • Refunds for cancellation of registration will be made and subject to the following deadline and administrative charge:

• • Refunds will not be granted on failure of visa application.
• • Substitution is permitted provided notification in writing is received prior to two weeks from Symposium start date.
• • The program is subject to change without prior notice.
• • If the Symposium cannot proceed in person your registration will automatically be transferred to an onDemand registration.
• • There will be no live stream of any content at the Symposium, your link to watch recorded content will be sent via email on 1 December 2025.
• • If you would like to change your registration type from in person to onDemand you must notify us in writing on or before Wednesday 22 October 2025. After this date, changes cannot be made to your in-person registration.
• • The information provided in this form will only be used for the purpose of processing your registration and communicating with you on matters related to the Symposium. You have rights of access and correction with respect to your personal data held by us. If you wish to exercise these rights, please contact the Symposium registration secretariat.
• • Where there are extenuating circumstances a refund outside of these terms may be considered by and at the discretion of the Symposium registration secretariat.
• • When you attend the Symposium, you’re entering an area where photography, audio, and video recordings may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to the use of your image and voice through photography, video, and audio for use in the 3SCTS 2025 Symposium electronic and printed communications. This may include use on the Symposium website, social media, in e-newsletters and publications as well as other communications.
