3SCTS 2025 Meeting Resource Hub

The 3SCTS 2025 will take place at the International Convention Centre, Sydney (ICC, Sydney) from 19 – 22 November 2025. Information on this page is essential to prepare ePoster, invited and/or verbal presentations for the meeting.

IMPORTANT: It is a requirement that all accepted verbal, moderated ePoster and ePoster (display only) presentations for the 3SCTS 2025 are delivered live and in person.

Presenter agreement
All presenters are asked to agree for their presentation(s) at the 3SCTS 2025 to be recorded and reproduced for webcast presentation (presentation(s) by the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists (ANZCA) or its listed nominees for training and educational purposes on the following terms and conditions.

When checking in at the speakers support centre, you will be asked to confirm that you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions.

Terms and conditions

I acknowledge and agree:

that I am responsible for the content of the presentation(s) (including all information, images, abstracts and any related presentation(s) materials) and ensuring that it and any individual component of the presentation(s) materials

i. is accurate and current;
ii. is not misleading;
iii. is ethical;
iv. complies with any relevant legal requirements;
v. will not violate any obligation of confidentiality (including obligations in respect of clinical research referred to in the presentation(s)) that I (or my company or organisation) has with any third party and that it contains the consent of any person that is identified within it;
vi. is not plagiarised
vii. will not infringe the intellectual property rights or copyright of any third party;
viii. does not contain any statement that is abusive, defamatory, fraudulent or in any way unlawful.

to grant ANZCA an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use the presentation/s for the purposes of it being made available to registered delegates to view onDemand post the meeting.

that if the presentation(s) and/or its content were prepared jointly or with co-authors, I have been authorised by all joint or co-authors to sign this agreement on their behalf.

will declare to ANZCA prior to presentation(s) any conflicts of interest, whether actual or perceived, including any research funding received from any entity that has a commercial interest in the topic that is the subject of my presentation(s). Conflicts of interest that arise after the presentation(s) date will also be declared to ANZCA.

that ANZCA reserves the right to make such changes as may be necessary to make the abstracts and/or any audio/video recording of my presentation(s) suitable for publication, or is reasonably considered necessary to avoid infringing third party rights or the law.

that ANZCA has engaged a third party to, record, stream, reproduce, distribute, transmit, upload, publish or otherwise electronically or otherwise electronically transfer the material presented and/or published by the presenter specific to the 3SCTS 2025 and associated meetings. The presenter consents to this engagement and its distribution to registered delegates. Please note that all presentations will are housed on the ASM onDemand platform behind a payment gateway and

that ANZCA reserves the right not to proceed with the presentation(s) if, in the opinion of ANZCA, the presentation(s) is not in keeping with 3SCTS and associated meetings code of conduct or for any reason at the sole discretion of ANZCA

for privacy, we ask that you do not share any personal information of your co-presenters.

when I attend the 3SCTS 2025, I’m entering an area where photography, audio, and video recordings may occur. By entering the event premises, I consent to the use of my image and voice through photography, video, and audio for use in ANZCA electronic and printed communications. This may include use on the ANZCA website, social media, in e-newsletters and publications including the ANZCA Bulletin as well as other communications.

If I would prefer not to be photographed, I must let the event organiser know. For further information contact events@anzca.edu.au.

Presentation format

A PowerPoint template is available for download on this page. The template will reflect the meeting theme and provide examples of suggested text sizes and fonts. The default aspect ratio for slides is 16:9 (wide screen). This is to reflect the fact that the standard template in the latest PowerPoint software is 16:9 (wide screen) – which in turn is in line with the format of most screens (TVs, tablets, and so on). We can, however, support the older, 4:3 (non-widescreen) format, and your presentation will not be compromised in size or resolution if you choose to stay with this format.

We support presentations made in either Microsoft PowerPoint or Apple Keynote. If your presentation has been authored in Prezi format, you should use the program’s download feature to create a portable file that can be submitted to speaker support in advance. Please contact the speaker support team if you are unfamiliar with this process.

ePosters

An ePoster template is available and must be used when creating your ePoster. The template and ePoster guidelines are available for download on this page.

Please note:

Your ePoster must be one single slide only and created using the supplied template.
Animated text is not supported.
It is a requirement that any conflict of interest related to your presentation is disclosed on your ePoster.
If any reproduced work is included in your presentation, you must acknowledge the original authors.
The ePoster guidelines provide suggested layout, text sizes and fonts as reference and it is recommended that you review the guidelines before creating your ePoster.

Presentation upload

A personalised link to upload all accepted verbal and/or ePoster presentation will be sent to presenting authors on Monday 27 October 2025. Invited, verbal and e-poster presenters can upload their presentations/ePosters using the link.

Please ensure that any media files (embedded movies and/or audio clips) are included when uploading your presentation. PC or Mac-generated PowerPoint, .pptx format, are accepted. If you require assistance converting your presentation from print, photos, videos and so on, please contact the speaker support team no later than Monday 27 October 2025.

The deadline for uploading is Friday 14 November.

It is recommended that verbal presenters check in at the speakers’ support centre at least two sessions before their presentation to confirm the correct version has been transferred to the session room and that all media files work properly.

Registration

It is MANDATORY that all presenters are registered for the 3SCTS 2025. Verbal and ePoster abstract presenters who have failed to complete their registration by Sunday 28 September 2025 may be removed from the program and the meeting proceedings.
